    Description

    Striking large porcelain figurine by Royal Dux Bohemia.  The two figures represent a couple dancing at a masquerade ball.  The faces, arms and legs are a bisque finish and the rest is high gloss.  The details are beautifully hand painted.  The piece is quite large at about 20 inches high, 13 inches wide and weighs over 14 pounds.  The piece is fully marked on the bottom and I believe that it was made in 1984, marked "Made in Czechoslovakia".  It also has a triangle shaped foil sticker on the top of the base.  Will be carefully wrapped and double boxed for protection.  I believe that the packed weight (in a very large box) will be about 20 pounds but I will refund any overpayment of shipping cost.
