High-quality, heavy-duty tripod setup.  Fully functional, and fully intact.  Shows wear from use.  Features a geared elevator and telescoping legs for serious height.  Rubber is present on feet.  Camera mounting plate with screw is present.  Comes with pan arm.  Tripod rolls smoothly on the dolly.  The head pans 360 degrees, but is not smooth at all points of rotation.  Ships in (2) packages.
