1900 Royal Dux Bohemian Czechoslovakia Art Nouveau pottery figural vase 24" LG

Description

Here is a gorgeous Royal Dux Art Nouveau / Jugendstil figural vase with diaphanous female figure filling and drinking from the 'fountain of life' flowing through an ancient oak tree which makes up the body of the vase.  Softly painted pastels against a matte white ground create a subtle, pleasing composition for this large, dramatic piece.  It measures 24.5" tall and is 8" diameter at the base.  Marked Made in Czechoslovakia with a series of numbers to base in circle.  Dates circa 1900.
Condition is superb, no damage or repairs to note.  The only flaw I could find is a small glaze miss (?) on the backside of the leafage at the top (see picture).
